STEVE SMITH - PRESIDENT

Steve has been in the electrical industry since 1973 starting in distribution with Westinghouse Electric Supply Company. He then joined Maddox Sales Company (manufacturers representative agency) in 1977 as a sales representative and became Vice President of their Southwest Division in 1985. In 1990 Steve joined CED as a Profit Center Manager where he spent the next 10 years. In 2000 he became a partner in McGee Company Southwest (manufacturers representative agency). In 2003 McGee Company Southwest became Desert States Electrical Sales.

Steve has lived in Arizona for over 46 years and has served as Vice President of the local chapter of NEMRA and has served on the Board of Directors for the Electric League of Arizona.
